Shipping policy

Customer will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday-Friday between 9 am and 1 pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays). We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.

Deliveries to Europe:


Since Brexit, the prices to orders shipped to Europe include taxes and duties at checkout, so you won't have to pay any additional charges.

Rest of World Deliveries:


For all orders shipped outside the UK (excluding the European Union), customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges will be requested by the shipping carrier before delivery.

Debute is unable to predict the exact amount in advance, as fees are determined by the customs regulations of your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

In the USA, import fees typically apply to orders exceeding $750.
