Returns and shipping have a significant environmental impact and can be very costly for small, emerging brands. This is why we ask you to pay for return costs.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 10 days of this date using the provided return shipping label (airway bill). We offer exchanges for orders within the United Kingdom. No exchanges for International orders.

How to create a return request:

  • Follow the instructions on our Return Request page.
  • Click on "Return Form" and add in your order number. If the button is inactive, the return cannot be processed due to the 14-day timeline expiration.
  • Choose the item you would like to return.
  • Provide the reason for your return. Utilise the note field for additional comments.
  • Choose if you would like to return or exchange the item. Please note that exchanges are only valid for UK orders.
  • Choose a return method and use the provided label to return your item(s).
  • Submit your return request. 
  • Use the provided label to return your item(s) within the 10-day timeframe. Thereafter, the return of your order is not possible.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund can be issued.

Once delivered your return will be quality checked. Once the product(s) are approved, we will notify you and process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item in transit.

Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

SALES

Items purchased using a discount or promotional code during a flash sale are not eligible for exchange or refunds.
