How much does shipping cost?

Free Worldwide Delivery for orders over £300 pounds

What countries does DEBUTE ship to?

DEBUTE offers worldwide shipping, excluding the Russian Federation. Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by your local customs office on delivery to your country. Any Import duty or tax charges are set by your local region and will be invoiced by the transport company directly. Due to Brexit, EU customers are now subject to import duty and VAT.

When will my order be shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.

All orders placed before 13.00 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be shipped same day (Monday - Friday).

All orders placed after 13:00 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be shipped next working day (Monday - Friday).

All orders placed outside of these timeframes (including weekends and bank holidays) will be shipped the next working day.

How can I get my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.


What do I do if my package is lost?

Why does the delivery company need my SSN or federal tax ID?

Customs offices in certain countries require the importer’s SSN or federal tax ID to process customs clearance of packages. If the delivery company has reached out to you regarding this, or if you have further questions about the regulations in your country, it's best to contact the delivery company directly for detailed information.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.


The item is sold out, can I be notified when the item is available again?

If the item you are looking for is not available for purchase, you can always sign up to our waiting list to be notified when the item becomes available again. We are always here to help, please contact our team at HELLO@DEBUTE.CO.UK.


Are taxes included in my order total?

Sales tax is already included in the price shown but does not include any customs or duties taxes that you may have to pay on product arrival.


How are duties and taxes determined?

For shipments heading to countries outside the United Kingdom, extra customs taxes and fees might apply. These charges, which differ based on the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be resolved directly with the respective customs office.


In which currency will my payment be charged?

All orders will be charged in GBP.


Is it possible to cancel my order after placing it?

You cannot cancel the order on your own, but our team can assist you. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped and before our warehouse starts processing it. We cannot guarantee cancellation after these stages. You will be notified by a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched. If you wish to cancel after the order has been shipped, you will need to return the goods to obtain a refund.


How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our client service team immediately. Changes to the shipping address can be made only before the order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, you cannot modify the shipping address yourself via our website after your order has been placed. It's important to note that we can only adjust addresses within the same delivery country.


Can I make changes to my order after it is finalized?

Once an order is finalized, we are unable to make changes. However, you might have the option to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct details. For assistance with this process, please contact our client service team at HELLO@DEBUTE.CO.UK, and be sure to include your order number.


What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

If you receive an item that is not in a perfect condition, please send an email as soon as possible to HELLO@DEBUTE.CO.UK with your order number and a picture of the fault.


What payment methods do we offer?

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Union Pay, and American Express cards. Additionally, you can choose to pay using PayPal. Rest assured, all transactions are securely processed and encrypted. We do not retain any credit card information.


How can I use a promo code?

We offer a one-time 10% discount to all new clients at DEBUTE. Simply subscribe to our newsletter and verify your email address, and we'll send you a discount code to use during checkout.


What should I do if my discount code isn't working?

Please ensure the code is entered exactly as received, as it is case sensitive. Be careful not to include any unnecessary spaces. If your discount code still isn't working, feel free to reach out to us at HELLO@DEBUTE.CO.UK.

Please be aware that we cannot apply the discount code after your order has been finalized.

What is your return policy?

Returns and shipping have a significant environmental impact and can be very costly for small, emerging brands like DEBUTE. This is why we ask you to pay for returns and shipping costs on orders under £300.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of your purchase being received, provided they remain unworn and undamaged. Return shipping costs including taxes and duties, if any, are paid by the customer. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with their original tags intact. Security tags must remain attached to the product. If labels are removed, we will not be able to accept your return.

What is your return policy?
  1. Follow the instructions on our RETURN REQUEST page.
  2. Click on "Request return." If the button is inactive, the return cannot be processed due to the 14-day timeline expiration.
  3. Use the provided label to return your item(s).
  4. Provide the reason for your return. Utilize the note field for additional comments or if selecting "Other" as the return reason.
  5. Submit your return request.
  6. Upon receipt of the approval email, you will receive the return label in the attachment of the email.
  7. Prepare your return shipment by packaging the items in their original packaging. Affix the return labels received and hand over the package to the selected courier or drop it off at a nearby Drop Off point.

Please ensure that the products are returned in unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging in perfect condition. We are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.

How can I obtain a return label?

To initiate the return process, please visit our return page and register your return. It is essential to register before sending your item back.

After your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return label attached. Please pack the items in their original packaging; if the original packaging is damaged, ensure the items are secured in suitable packaging. Attach the provided return labels to your package and hand it over to the designated courier or drop it off at the nearest drop off point.

Are taxes and duties refundable for returns outside of the UK?

Please note that international (outside of the UK) duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

How do I know that you have received my return?

Once delivered your return will be quality checked. Once the product(s) are approved, we will notify you and process your refund.


When will I get my refund?

Returned orders will be processed within 2-5 business days following their receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 to 14 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

DEBUTE offers a variety of sizes for each product, tailored to the specific dimensions of the garment. Each item comes with an individualized size chart, accessible via the 'size chart' button, showing measurements in centimetres and inches. Please refer to our size chart here. Where do I find the care tag of my item?

You can find the care instructions for each garment under the "Materials and Care" section. You can also find this information on the inside label of our products. Please make sure to handle each product according to the care instructions so you can enjoy your DEBUTE pieces for a long time.
